If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise, and there may be times when 24-hour notice is not possible.

Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled in order to respect the time scheduled for other clients.

I understand that occasional cancellations happen. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows make it difficult for me to continue reserving a consistent appointment time for you. If late cancellations or missed appointments become frequent or habitual, I may need to reconsider ongoing services and provide referrals to other providers.

After repeated late cancellations or no-shows, a $50 fee may be charged. This fee is not billable to insurance and is the client’s responsibility.
