Meet Missy Gartner, LPCC
A compassionate, experienced approach to helping you work through life’s challenges and find your path forward.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Minot native who has been licensed since 2007. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges.
I have a special interest in trauma and extensive experience supporting individuals navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Before starting my private practice, I worked in community mental health, where I gained experience helping people through many different stages and circumstances in life.
I founded Dawning Resilience PLLC to create a space where clients can feel supported as they work toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling future.

Your Path Forward Is Your Own
Counseling is a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to provide support, insight, and evidence-based tools as you work toward your goals.
Together, we’ll explore what is getting in your way, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and build strategies to help you move forward. The work may not always be easy, but you don’t have to do it alone.
What You Can Expect From Counseling
A Safe Space
Counseling should feel like a place where you can show up as you are. You’ll have the space to talk openly about what you’re experiencing without fear of judgment.
What You Can Expect From Counseling
Practical Tools
Therapy can provide insight, but it can also provide practical strategies you can carry with you outside of your sessions.
What You Can Expect From Counseling
A Collaborative Process
Your treatment will be shaped around your individual experiences, needs, and goals. We’ll work together to determine the approach that best supports you.
